Stand Up For Horses
IMPROV Comedy Club ~ Hollywood, CA
April 29, 2012

Join After the Finish Line in April at the IMPROV Comedy Club in Hollywood for our second annual comedy fundraiser called Stand Up For Horses. The silent auction is from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm and show time is from 8:00 pm - 9: 30 pm. Comedians will be announced shortly. Please contact dawn@afterthefinishline.org to donate silent auction items.

Thoroughbred Celebration Horse Shows
Virginia Horse Center ~ Lexington, Virginia
March 16-18, June 8-10 and November 2-4, 2012

The Thoroughbred Celebration Horse Shows promote off the track Thoroughbreds in second careers as Hunters, Jumpers and Pleasure Mounts. Eligible horses include Thoroughbreds who have retired from racing or those that were in training for a racing career. Up to 120 horses compete at each show. We are proud to sponsor the After the Finish Line Hunter Stakes.

The Thoroughbred Celebration Horse Shows and After the Finish Line are celebrating our 3rd year of partnership to benefit off the track Thoroughbreds. The proceeds from their three silent auctions are donated to After the Finish Line. Please support the Thoroughbred Celebration Horse Shows as a rider, sponsor or silent auction donor.

After the Finish Line has teamed up with the Del Sol Classic to offer a Thoroughbred Series at Del Mar Show Park to promote off the track Thoroughbreds in second careers as Hunters and Jumpers. Thoroughbred series entry forms and guidelines are available at www.delsolclassic.com.

International Hunter Derby - VIP Dinner and Silent Auction

The Memorial Day International Hunter Derby, sponsored by the Langer Equestrian Group, will be held on at the LA Equestrian Center. The Hunter Derby will feature the After the Finish Line charity fundraiser with VIP tables, dinner and a silent auction. Tables of six or individual seats can be purchased to watch the West Coast’s top riders and horses compete. Please contact dawn@afterthefinishline.org to donate silent auction items. A Tribute to the Majesty of Thoroughbreds

After the Finish Line invites you to our 5th Annual Charity Fundraiser, “A Tribute to the Majesty of Thoroughbreds”. This is our biggest fundraiser of the year. We will host a reception, silent and live auctions, dinner and speakers.
These are the event fundraiser documents; Save the Date, Invitation, Menu, Donor Letter and Donor Agreement will be available soon. Please join After the Finish Line in making our fundraiser successful by donating in-kind items, gift cards or services for our silent or live auctions. If you live outside the state of California or the local area, you can still help the horses by sending a monetary donation or an auction item.

A Fiesta for the Horses

En Fuego has chosen After the Finish Line to be their August charity of the month. All month, $1 will be donated to ATFL for every Finish Line Margarita sold. En Fuego will also donate 10% of all food purchases at our restaurant party, “A Fiesta for the Horses”. The date will be announced soon.

Pacificfest
Law Offices of Bing I. Bush, Jr.

Join After the Finish Line for Pacificfest, a fundraiser party to celebrate the $1 million Pacific Classic. This fundraiser is hosted by the Law Offices of Bing I. Bush, Jr. located just 1 mile from the racetrack in the village of Del Mar.

There is a recommended minimum tax-deductible donation to After the Finish Line to benefit the Thoroughbred ex-racehorses. Enjoy the band and great Mexican food. This fundraiser will be held the night before the Pacific Classic.

Race for the Rescues

The 7th Annual Race for the Rescues, hosted by The Rescue Train, is a fundraiser and adoption day for the homeless and abandoned animals of Los Angeles, CA. After the Finish Line is one of several dog, cat and horse rescue organizations invited to participate. Join us for a 5k run, a 10k run and a Kids Fun Run/Walk at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. Last year 2,800 people participated.

As a runner or walker we ask you to join team After the Finish Line to raise money for
